  • Wallet Address
    • When you connect your third-party non-custodial private digital wallet (the “Wallet”) to access or use the Service, we will collect your Wallet address, as it is necessary for the operation of the Service and to enable your interaction with the Site.
    • We may collect the Wallet address you use to connect to the Interface to block wallets that are associated with certain legally prohibited conduct.
    • On-chain transaction details associated with the connected Wallet may also be collected by us; however, we will only process transaction information that is publicly available on the blockchain. We do not require or request any specific transaction data beyond what is already publicly accessible.
  • Email Address
    • We collect email addresses when you contact us for customer support, security reports, or developer inquiries.
    • Such information will be used solely for responding to inquiries and service-related communications.
  • Correspondence
    • When you contact us for support, participate in surveys, or engage with our community channels, we collect the information you voluntarily provide including messages, feedback, and any attachments.

Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws applicable to TED Protocol Labs. Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
